No subtitles
It was going good for 2 weeks . Now , there are no longer subtitles . I’ve refreshed my phone many times , I even logged out and in several times , still nothing . Please fix it or I will cancel my subscription !

I would give it a zero star and it’s not worth all the trouble I have to go through. Once you subscribe to the subscription, there is no way to unsubscribe the subscription. I subscribed it through Apple Pay and still unable to unsubscribe through my phone or app. It’s a big scam. The phone number is invalid and you will never get a response back from the email.

How do I cancel subscriptions
There’s no where I can stop subscriptions. I do not want to renew! Can someone please help if they’ve had this happen to them? I have emailed and says turn around response in 24 hours. It has been way over. Can’t even click on accounts or subscriptions to cancel.

They say cancel anytime but there is no way to cancel. There is an email and phone number but no response to email and phone number is disconnected. I had to call my credit card company to dispute and get a new card. They have account management but none of the links work. Unless it is an Apple subscription, I am never doing this again.

i have tried emailing the contact email provided , calling the phone number provided and marks as a number no longer in service, deleting the account as well. it won't let you do anything after you pay the subscriptions.

Audio doesn’t work
Downloaded app and does not work… Audio doesn’t play but reading reviews that was the least of my problems

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but I am unable to do so via the app or through "manage subscriptions". I have tried contacting the support email and the phone# and there has been no response.

I paid for a weekly sub and even though it says cancel anytime there is no way to cancel. The account help section says go to account management. That’s not even an option. Phone number for help is disconnected and email is no response.

Don’t pay subscription
I paid a subscription can’t cancel because they don’t have a way to cancel I’ve seen emails no answer and telephone provided not in service.please don’t download.
