Really helpful while learning triggers

I’m still relatively new to navigating life with UC, and one of the hardest parts has been figuring out what actually affects my symptoms. FlareCare makes it easy to keep my meals, symptoms, and how I’m feeling all in one place instead of trying to remember everything after the fact. Being able to look back and start recognizing patterns has been especially helpful. The app is simple to use and has given me a much better way to understand what may or may not be working for me.

Crohn’s disease warrior here!

I wasn’t sure about this app at first because I’ve been through so many that are still missing certain things that I need to track with my disease. And finally getting a free trail just to see how helpful it truly is I ended up subscribing and using it to this very day. I absolutely love how many things it allows you to track with your disease it makes it very helpful communicating with my doctors and moving with the next health plan as well as being able to track every lab results , Bowel movement, food and a lot more important things with this app.

Response from developer

Thank you so much, Rheanna! Really glad it's helping you track everything you need and making those doctor conversations easier — that's exactly what we built it for. Appreciate you sticking with it and taking the time to write this. 💚

Get this app if you have UC or Crohn’s disease !!

i love being able to log my symptoms and have everything all in the app.

Game changer!!!

It took them a year to diagnose me with Crohn’s disease so I try to advocate for the people who are going through similar situations. I wish I would have known about this app sooner. I have tried the food diary and I just had trouble keeping track of everything. This app makes it so easy to log what my body is going through on a daily basis. I love the feature where you can snap a picture of your food and it can show you possible triggers of what you are eating. It also makes it so easy to log all of my symptoms and I like to log things as my body is going through them even if I don’t feel well it is so easy to do! Love the app will be recommending!
