Can’t log in
App doesn’t work. Have managed to register ok then added my username and password, clicked log-in, says ‘success!’ But doesn’t do anything
Takes Forever to Update
Even before the update it took forever for any of my bowel movements to be tracked and logged correctly. Now with the new flare tracker that fails to work, I can’t even attempt to log a bowel movement. It was difficult enough to wait forever (and I mean hours) for the app to load, now it’s completely useless to me.

An Insight to My Care
Just some improvements around bugs and glitches. Being able to delete previous medications and edit when you started them (same with the appointment book).
I’ve made a couple mistakes and I would like to have the most accurate results on my app to help my team if the time was needed for them to access this information to help me but also to help me keep track of my very difficult condition.
Overall I truly appreciate the NHS taking their time to build an app for this community to help support them and keep track of their day to day developments. It means the world that we are being recognised!

Insights not working
You can no longer access the insights/stats page. It is just constantly loading. This makes it a little bit pointless as you can’t see what you’ve logged. Please fix asap.
