Flaree

Recognition works best when it's quick, visible and fun. Flaree turns a simple "thank you" into something your team actually collects, cheers for and remembers. With the Flaree app you can: - Pick the right thank-you from a set of Flarees and send it in a few taps - Swipe through the Flarees you've received in a deck, or switch to a list - See who is lighting up the team on the leaderboard - Get a notification the moment a colleague recognises you, so you never miss a Flaree - Keep every thank-you in one place and come back to it whenever you need a lift Built for remote, hybrid and in-office teams. Flaree makes appreciation part of the working day, so work feels more motivating, inclusive and fun.
