Real Actors over AI
The trend to crank out AI generated stories instead of employing live actors makes me want to delete your app and not pay for any more content. Please go back to using real actors and producers!
AI Takeover Is Trash
I used to love this app. Then you guys started churning out nothing but AI garbage. It's really sad to see the vertical world being overtaken by this trashy content. AI can never replicate the real, tangible human emotions from the actors & actresses who drew me into the vertical space to begin with. Maybe someday if all you vertical apps lose the income streams from viewers like me and learn your lesson, I'll be able to come back to support human creatives in the future. In the meantime, I am canceling my annual subscription that was set to renew in September.

What is the deal with all of these shorts now having locked episodes. I paid for a VIP year subscription now I can't even watch the whole short at one time. I don't believe I will renew my year subscription in October because of this.
How do I cancel my subscription
Does anyone know how to cancel the subscription from this app? It is not listed on my apple subscriptions. When I look up how to cancel it states email them but provides no email address. I appreciate any help.

The AI movies are a waste of time. You pay to see a full show but only see less than 15 episodes.

Freezes and Shuts Down
I used to love this app, even though I had to view ads to save enough point to watch the Dramas. Recently Every time I log in, it freezes and the shuts down and kicks me out. I have tried clearing the cache, updating app and uninstalling and reinstalling it. Nothing has helped. If this is not fixed soon I will delete for good.

Paid for subscription and still couldn’t watch
I paid the $19.99 for a weekly subscription and after watching one movie all the episodes were locked again. And it wanted me to pay again. This is ridiculous and insane. I want my money back.
Love the app, but
The site keeps lagging. It takes forever just to load the initial pages. Is there anything that you can do to help fix this problem? I still love the app. Want to do the membership but not if it takes to long for episodes to load.
Incomplete or locked episodes
Many of the episodes are locked down so you can’t finish the series. That’s frustrating. Paying 16-20 a week for these subscriptions is enough without being able to watch entire series. Don’t waste your time or money.
Weekly subscription and the entire series will take 4-5 weeks to release, so keep paying.

Too Much Asian and Bad AI
I really enjoyed this app when I first downloaded it last year, it used to what appeared to be actual people in the short movies. However now there’s too many bad AI movies where the characters aren’t saying sentences or words correctly. Most women wear the same dress/outfit throughout the movie. Too many movies are basically the same story just different people. I’m not racist, but 9 times out of ten when I’m notified about a movie daily they are all Asian/Chinese movies. I don’t like having to watch movies just because I don’t know the language. I don’t mind closed captions since I have a hearing problem. If what the movies don’t improve I’m deleting it and it used to be my favorite short movie app‼️

New update has slowed the app to almost dial up speeds
I would have said this app is generally ok. It does repeat stories, use ai to make video that say a character’s name differently in each scene but it can be watched still. But after the update today I struggle to load the screen. Get to my story and it loads so slow. Please fix
not worth it
most series are not finished and nothing original about these plots. it’s recycled and modified characters from wolves to gods to vampires and mafia storyline but exactly the same plot.
