Been using this app for a year with no issue and then now that the name has changed, it no longer generates any AI! I’ve paid for the subscription. Please advise.

FlashChat has stopped working.

Unfortunately, this app has stopped working for me and I can’t find any information or an FAQ on how to fix it. When I create a query in a channel, the chat bot starts to respond and ultimately fails to create a response leaving only a “…” . It acts like it’s generating a response, but it never completes the response. This started on the afternoon of October 13th for me and I’ve paid for premium.
