Don’t buy flash forge
What a joke. I spent almost $300 on a printer that has no supporting apps. This app is garbage, Flash Studio is just as bad. Be prepared to install like 3+ more apps just to print things. Majority of patterns are from third party sites. I will not be buying another flash forge.

Says acct expired
I just made an account through registration. As soon as I login it says ‘Account expired’
Will not allow me to log in.
I recently received an adventurer 5M printer. During the set up I was asked to register an account. I did. When I try to log into the app with my email and password I keep getting an error message that the account expired. I've tried 3 different emails and passwords and I keep getting same error message. Until this is resolved I cannot bind this app to my printer.

App does not let you log in
The app doesn’t let you log in after registering. If you can’t log in to the app, you can’t use the printer. It was expensive, and we have to return it.
This app sucks
I couldn’t even use it every time I logged in it said my account expired even though as my first time using it

Can’t even get into the app to connect to the printer because as soon as I log in it says “log in expired” and kicks me out.

This app has not worked since install. Never connects to my printer. Constantly gives “account expired! Please log in again” message over and over and over. If I could return this printer for my money back I gladly would. Fix the app! What is the point of it?

Absolutely useless. First few prints it would send a notification that the print was done, eventually it stopped. Then shortly after that, it stopped detecting the printer at all. Now it just thinks it’s always turned off. This app is completely pointless.
Can’t log into the app
This is working great for a while but now for the last several months, I have not been able to log back in. I cannot remotely monitor my print.
Please read this if you’re having troubles.
Look don’t get me wrong the app is a little difficult to maneuver, but to the people who are mass 1 staring this app (you’re more than likely doing it wrong) now of course I MAY be wrong and you may be doing everything right but just in case this may help. Flashforge products sometimes likes to switch the IP it’s on (even when LAN connected) you HAVE TO make sure it is on the same IP, same WiFi, same everything. Only then it works. I almost quit this app for the same reasons as all of you people. But please take a look into your settings in the printer, computer, and phone. Make sure it all lines up, if then it still does not work it’s definitely a manufacturing error.

Cannot connect to printers.
It worked, and then didn’t work. I see my 3 printers, they’re all online, but the app shows them offline.
Tried everything I could think of.
A shame, I like the printers, but the dev team should be hmmm, what’s the correct term?

Worthless App and Printer
The app makes it impossible to link the printer to the account because of a buggy camera app. You can not scan the QR code with the app. There is no focus feature and is simply impossible. I’m shocked they are allowed to see this product. Will be filing credit card charge back
