Printer works great. I use my laptop, but I would like to use the app for the time lapse videos because I can’t get them. The app never connects to my printer.
Won’t connect
Go through the instructions follow everything by the numbers. It asks to bind the machine to the app. Follow the QR code and it still shows off-line even though I’m looking at the machine doing a test print. Click on that get support and you get a 404 file not found. I hope this is not the way this is going to be.

This app sucks
I downloaded when I got my adventure m5 pro my friend has adventure 5M and we both can’t get the app to work. It will never connect to the printer. It always says it’s off-line even though on the computer it says it’s online we’ve done everything. We tried to fix this, but it won’t work.
Don’t buy flash forge
What a joke. I spent almost $300 on a printer that has no supporting apps. This app is garbage, Flash Studio is just as bad. Be prepared to install like 3+ more apps just to print things. Majority of patterns are from third party sites. I will not be buying another flash forge.

Says acct expired
I just made an account through registration. As soon as I login it says ‘Account expired’
Will not allow me to log in.
I recently received an adventurer 5M printer. During the set up I was asked to register an account. I did. When I try to log into the app with my email and password I keep getting an error message that the account expired. I've tried 3 different emails and passwords and I keep getting same error message. Until this is resolved I cannot bind this app to my printer.

App does not let you log in
The app doesn’t let you log in after registering. If you can’t log in to the app, you can’t use the printer. It was expensive, and we have to return it.

Can’t even get into the app to connect to the printer because as soon as I log in it says “log in expired” and kicks me out.

This app has not worked since install. Never connects to my printer. Constantly gives “account expired! Please log in again” message over and over and over. If I could return this printer for my money back I gladly would. Fix the app! What is the point of it?
