Stop sending massages after short time with full payment without answering from app for response, so Its fake .

This app is a scam, I paid for the monthly service and now I can’t get back into the app. I was using this app for my business VOIP number. I deleted the app a than reinstalled to get that I can’t login. I wish I could put the stars in negative!
Please give me my number or refund my money.
I just created an account only for me to be charged but the number wasn’t given to me, error creating but I was charged. What sort of scam is this ?
Outgoing calls doesn’t work
The incoming txt and call works as advertised but outgoing calls does not work. There are only 3 items in FAQ and their ‘support’ seems to not work. I’ve created a ticket but heard nothing. So one crucial part doesn’t work AND they don’t seem really interested in helping their customer who has actually paid for a product.

Did not work for me and my mobile number
I kept receiving a 429 status code error but will keep trying as I need an anonymous phone number for my Craigslist listings

Good app, sometimes messes up when you purchase a new number but works well most of the time.
No longer works
DON'T BOTHER! Used to be pretty solid. Hasn't worked since the last couple iOS updates. Just opens and crashes immediately. No tech support available. No working company email. Hasn't been updated in 2 years! The only thing that works well is their billing engine - billed me twice for the same (non functional) number. Perfect.

Had it for awhile. Just renewed annual subscription last month. now it doesn’t work, no way to contact anyone to get it corrected. I just got ripped off!

App doesn’t work. It lets you save a contact. Write a message. No ability to send, or receive anything.
Sometimes works sometimes doesn’t
I have been using this app for a while now, it’s easy to use and is pretty affordable. But very unreliable, and when running a business that is something that is extremely important when following up with or receiving leads from marketing. Sometimes I try to call someone back and it just doesn’t dial. You can get texts from phone numbers that aren’t 10 digits. And you can’t get videos from anyone.

I renewed my subscription, I was charged but it didn’t work. I having been emailing your customer care for 9 days no response and the subscription is counting already without me using the service. My subscription is already started but I can’t use the service.😢😢
Absolutely no customer service
I’ve called, emailed several times to get sorted out. Got new carrier and number and can’t log in because the code goes to my old number, but no help is to be found!!!!!!!!!!!!!
