glad we found them
we own a korean mexican fusion food truck in indiana. we started the business a few couple years ago. one of the challenges was finding a kiosk and kds software that would achieve our goal in going paperless and customers can order without waiting in cash line. we found flash order through square recommendations and are we fortunate we did.
user friendly: at first it was a bit intimidating to use, but they have a library of tutorial videos on youtube that assists with functionality. after a couple days i was able to create items and price them accordingly. there is a order flow that allows you to have ad on options to checkout process.
app clip: helps with scheduling out event for preorders. most of our customers that follow us know that certain items go fast and this allows us to set up a time for them to order and pick up guaranteeing them their order. this also helps us predict what we need to bring on the truck as well.
overall we are happy with the product and the customers service is amazing. we had a few other meetings with developers of similar products, but they were more about their numbers and not so much about the product and it showed. another thing that helped with finalizing out decision was that they work on the weekends if anything happens. most other companies didn’t not. also, there is no contract and can cancel anytime. don’t take our word for it, give them a try.

This app has been a game changer at my 5 restaurant locations. The customer service is excellent and the application is so easy to navigate. This was an answer to my business owner prayers!!! 10/10!!!

As an end user, ie,. not a coder, I find this app's has so much depth db hierarchy structure. It's truly amazing on what you can do with this app to showcase your products on a kiosk and the price is very reasonable.

Love this KDS in my cafe
I’ve been using this at my cafe for a few years now. It brought us out of the stone age of using pen and paper to write down orders. I like being able to filter out everything but my hot items at my grill/steam table station. Everything’s smooth and it just makes life easier.
