Complicated and clunky
Your software is confusing and difficult to use. I canât even reliably open or print the downloadable models in your own catalog. Many of them stall during the slicing process, often at 66% or 99%, and never complete.
The preview window is another example of poor design. Itâs a long, narrow rectangle that makes it nearly impossible to see the model. Itâs like trying to look at an elephant through a narrow slit. Why isnât there a normal-sized preview window?
Customer support has been equally disappointing. Iâve been waiting over two hours for a response with no help. There is no phone number to call, very little documentation, and no clear instruction manual. For a beginner, the learning curve is unnecessarily steep.
My sonâs friends all use Bambu printers. They tell him itâs easy to download, slice, and print models without fighting the software. Meanwhile, weâre spending hours trying to figure out basic tasks instead of actually creating things.
I didnât buy this printer because I wanted another technical challenge. I bought it because I wanted to encourage creativity and spend time building projects with my son. Instead, weâve spent our time troubleshooting software.
Please take this as constructive feedback. The hardware may be capable, but the software and user experience need significant improvement. Right now, it feels like software designed decades ago with very little focus on usability.
I hope youâll invest in making the experience simpler, more reliable, and better supported for families and beginners.
