Way too many ads

Game is nostalgic and well made BUT the constant ads even in the middle of a level is just annoying. I get that ads are necessary to pay the bills, but it’s just way too many. I watch more ads than actually playing the game. Deleting.

Mid-level ads are the most intrusive spot they can land, and “more ads than game” is a trade we wouldn’t pick either. Glad the nostalgia landed; sorry the interruptions outweighed it. The VIP subscription turns ads off while it’s active, if you come back. — the Flashback Trivia team

Too many ads

There are way too many ads. The game itself is simple, but there are like three ads in every round and another before you start the next round. You can pay 3.99 per week to get rid of ads. That’s close to $200 per year to play this one little game without ads. I deleted it.

$3.99 a week to remove ads??!!

This game is okay but they shove ads at you literally every ten seconds. I thought I’d consider paying to remove ads but it costs $3.99 a WEEK!!! That is absolutely insane for a run of the mill trivia game. I’m deleting this game right now!

Generally fun but…

Fun game except that they should not ask you to identify celebrities from the past by current-day photos. Many change a lot or even have plastic surgery and can’t be identified.

This would be an amazing game if every time you make a selection there wasn’t another ad! And to stop Ads, it’s $3.99 a month. Why not a set rate?

TOO MANY ADS!!

Love the trivia, but the amount of ads just makes it too annoying to play! After every couple questions, there’s an ad that takes longer than answering the two questions! Deleting the app altogether!

Love the game but . . .

Sometimes you can’t even play a total game without an ad. The ads are excessively long. Some ads can’t be gotten rid of such as the one for PAYPAL cash. I have no doubt that that is a scam.
