Can you add that option
I am giving 3 star bcz you guys didn’t cover books. I want to know in which site can i buy books for cheap rate but this app is not giving that kind of options it says that “ we don’t cover books & media yet . add that option tooooo kindly requesting
No Support - Not trustworthy
They’re ending the email service, but have not set up any way to transition the inbox after countless users like me trusted them with their mails. Going to loose out years of email history.
The app suggests downloading emails and setting up forwarding but has not given any options to do the same. The website doesn’t even have access to inbox. The submit a ticket feature is broken and gives an error.
Any business which can work like this cannot be relied upon for anything.

Ise and throw customer plan
They lured users to signup by giving coupons and then they removed the coupons gradually from the platform. Now as they have enough data about users and their behaviours and they have trained their model they dont want to carry burden of managing the emails so they are removing this also. I came to this app mainly to manage my shopping mails at a common platform but sad to know that they are now throwing the users.

What was once an incredible app for shopping, is now just AI slop
This app was great when it launched, the order tracking aspect made it stand out from every other email client. The rewards were nice too, although I knew they’d eventually have to come to an end and that’s perfectly acceptable. What’s not acceptable however is how the developers think the world needs another AI app to help people find what they want. Congratulations, you’ve killed a really unique product. The hard part is going to be changing my emails everywhere thanks to this move.

Never received my rewards
At first, when I downloaded it, it was good and then once down the line and stopped tracking my information so you barely receive your rewards

All of a sudden it’s not tracking my purchases, points aren’t accumulating and I can’t delete my emails and re-add them - it’s a waste of my time
Not working anymore
No longer is reading emails to get points. Reported twice. No points have been counted since August, it’s November

Used to be a great app. Absolutely trash now. Customer service is a joke and will ban you if you tell them your opinions on how they can improve

Once you get close to what you going to redeem they go up on point so basically it just want data I’ll never recommend this app
Randomly stopped giving points while still getting receipt data
I was impressed up until I stopped getting points for orders. I can’t message support because the link is broken. Don’t bother. Use fetch instead.
Haven’t received points in two months
Finally got close to redeeming a reward then I stopped receiving points. It still tracks my purchases but I haven’t received a single point since May. Seems like they stopped giving points because they don’t want to pay out the reward…
Used to be great
I used to love this app but now it doesn’t track my order and the last 5 or so orders it did track I didn’t even earn points for even tho I used the link to place the order. Do better!

This is the dumbest app I’ve ever seen. Logging takes way too much time and it’s very glitchy likely just a scam app. It lets you he that one time gift card then the app just stop working.
It was great until….
At first I was receiving points, I was even able to redeem a gift card (and got it immediately!) however, about 2 months ago as I’ve made similar purchases, the points have stopped. They just log my transactions but now I don’t get any points and I’m so bummed out, I’m on the verge of deleting the app now because what’s the point in having it?

Bait and switch? Haven’t earned points in a month.
Can’t get a reply back
Haven’t been getting points for almost a month now. I’ve sent a message to them a few times but no reply. All my purchases are showing but no points for any of it. Hopefully this gets resolved. It seemed to be a decent app for the short time I’ve had it.
