Flashframe Review
I purchased a package for 3 photos and only received 2. The pictures that did show up were not the ones I chose. They also didn’t have a customer service contact for me to make this right.

Hi, the app does not have the ability to purchase packages. That would be done on the website. Additionally, you can submit a support ticket and our support team is happy to help you.

Great company, awful app
I love Flashframe and the idea behind the company. This app is a dumpster fire, though. It closes every five seconds, and tapping on almost anything causes it to crash. A quick glance at the version history tells me that the developer has neglected it for at least a year, and I'm sure a vast majority of the bugs can be attributed to it being out of date, but in its current state the app is unusable. Given that the official website recommends photographers to download the app, I would think having a functioning app would be a priority.

Thanks for your feedback. No doubt the app needed a helping hand, we've done our best to revamp things and get it up to speed with the website. You can now use one or the other, however, it was on the backburner for a long time; over 95% of users use the website over the app (and never even download the app) thus there's been a strong focus on the website.
Needs Fixing Desperately
I had high hopes for this app since I am an avid runner and enter a lot of races. However, since the day it premiered it has not let me sign on, and keeps freezing up and won't go any further. Come on Griffin fix Flashframe!

Great for repeat marathoners
I run a few races every year and just can't pay MarathonFoto prices anymore. Was excited to have a few pictures of me at NYC. Cheap options for downloads and photo prints! Hope to have this option more often.

Great idea, awesome for photographers
I downloaded the app after hearing about it on Facebook. I was already out at the Chicago marathon taking photos of my brother so made sense to take more photos. Made some decent cash and had a fun time. One of my buddies is an actual photographer and I told him about it and he made over $100 while out at the race with me. Pretty exciting all around hope I can use it at more events in the area since my brother runs a lot.

Great App
Used it at nyc and made a decent amount of money. Lot of fun to try and improve my photography skills and glad others could appreciate it. Used my dslr but used the app to show friends pictures I took of them. Excited to use it at my next race!
Has potential, but premature
As a runner, I love the concept. I go to many runs in which I compete by myself and do not have anyone to take photos. Being able to login after a race and easily find photos of me to download instantly is a great concept! However, the app makers do not allow you to "create" a run event. You can only choose from an extremely super small list of events (none of which are in my state - Florida).

Not what I expected
I was excited to find this app basically because marathonphoto charges you $25 for a single photo, but unfortunately there was only one photo of me and it's awful. This app seems like a good idea but if photos don't improve is useless.

I love this app. Such a brilliant idea! The runners save money and the crowd makes money...brilliant. I used it during a Chicago event and couldn't have been happier
