Actually subscription is charged for one year, and I also paid the amount, but once if i uninstalled the account for temporary basis’s for 3 or for days, I m not able to reinstall again, either I m using or not using how come it got cancelled, and I hardly use for 15 or 20 days only, once if we pay the amount for one year, we can use for any time with in the time period of one year, how come you cancel or block my account, worst experience

Need Update
Over all it is very nice and helpful app but I need one error which is if Kids device not working after 12 am to 6 am always. we faced always offline between this time and this time is most Update time we want where r they and what they r doing. Plz need update for this. thank you

Waste of Money – Unreliable and Frustrating
I wasted my money by opting for the annual subscription to monitor my kid’s mobile phone.
Firstly, the app notifies the child whenever we check the screen or switch on the camera, which defeats the purpose of monitoring.
Secondly, and more importantly, the app is very slow and frequently loses its access permissions. I have to fix the permissions again and again, which is a huge headache since I am always out of town.
Overall, this app has been a disappointing experience. I recommend looking for other apps if you need reliable parental monitoring.
