Why would I need a 3 day free trial for a flashlight app? Like why would I pay for an app like this?

Fraud App! Steals money by automatic weekly charges!

This is a scam app. It tricks users with a "7-day free trial" and then charges HK$88 every week without any warning or permission.
It automatically deducted money from August 2025 to February 2026, total HK$2992, without me using any paid features.
I asked for a refund but Apple support refused to help and did nothing.
This is a typical trap to steal money illegally. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
Strongly suggest Apple remove this fraudulent app.

意扣费诈骗软件！
以7天免费试用为诱饵，界面故意误导点击，在用户不知情、无明确提醒的情况下，每周自动扣费88元，从2025年8月扣到2026年2月，累计恶意扣费2992元。
本人从未使用任何付费功能，完全是强制吸费。申请退款苹果推诿不处理，客服态度恶劣，拒绝退款。
一个手电筒APP敢每周扣费88，长期暗地自动续费，属于典型消费陷阱！
提醒所有人：千万不要下载，不要点任何试用，否则会被无限期自动扣费，退款无门！
严重欺诈消费者，平台监管失职，强烈要求下架并全额退款！

Useless

By far the most useless app i have ever experienced. Total trash and force you to start paid subscription without even show a trial. Flashlight is almost at half brightness when its fully on btw. Not even close to brightest as advertised.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD - They will charge you!

Once you accept the terms of the free trial there is no going back. There’s no way on the app to cancel the trial before they begin charging you. Watch out for this trap! They say they will notify you before you get charged but of course they didn’t. Scam alert!

Paid flashlight

Flashlight itself works well and is very bright. But i don’t love that the option to download is free but if you actually want to use the flashlight it’s a paid service.

$10/week

I opened the app for the first time and it immediately asks me to subscribe for $9.99/wk. When I declined it took me to a screen for a free one week trial. When I declined that as well it took me to a screen showing me how to unsubscribe. I never actually got to try out the app without agreeing to a free trial. I’m sorry but at no point am I going to pay $9.99/week for premium features on a magnifying glass app.

A million popups upon every single opening

You know what I really want is an app is to spend five minutes closing out of various screens every time I open it

So many useful tools in one!

Love how this app has everything: strobe, music flash, magnifier, even a lighter mode! I use it more than I expected. Totally worth it.

Super bright and reliable!

This flashlight app is the best I’ve used — super bright, fast to open, and works even when I lose signal. The SOS and compass features are a nice bonus too!
