Updating issues
“After updating to iOS 26.5.2, the NIIMBOT app crashes every time I tap any menu or template. I have already reinstalled the app and restarted the iPhone, but the problem persists.”
Disappointed
I liked using the app when I first got my printer. But since the latest update on my iPhone 11, it no longer works. Everytime I open the app it brings up the homepage but that’s as far as it goes. When I tap on anything it closes.

This app is great for most things, but the minute you try to add any sort of customization the app just crashes. For instance, trying to add your own photo or icon it just crashes.

The label maker was gifted to me.
It doesn’t connect at all
It says device not supported but it was advertised as android and IOS compatible. The app says to turn on Bluetooth but my Bluetooth is already on. I can’t connect the device at all. Zero stars :(

App freezes
The app freezes after each print and I have to close the app out fully and reopen each time I print a label!
Says it’s sending, but never prints!

Love love love labeling
Had a small bug where the app would crash when connecting the printer after the last update - but they were prompt and fixed it and back to loving it. Super easy to use and always prints out perfectly!

No connection

App crashing
I’ve loved my label maker and how easy it is to use. But recently every time I try to use the app and connect my printer, the app crashes. I’ve been trying to contact support through the site and through the apple app store but it’s not letting me. I just want to be able to print labels again - please fix bug, I have the L12 model :(

I was using the label maker last week and everything was fine. And today when I want to print labels, the app cannot connect to the machine and crashes every time it tried to connect. Please help fix and I’ll change to review stars. Thank you.
