FlasHOLR Customer App FlasHOLR is platform that connects you with Hauling Providers on Demand. It’s smart, easy, fast and cost-effective on demand hauling services. With FlasHOLR Customer app, customers are able to select service package as needed: • Vehicle Only Select the VEHICLE ONLY Package if you only need a vehicle to transport your items and you don’t need help with loading and unloading your belongings. For this service you need to be present at pick-up and drop-off locations. • Concierge Lite CONCIERGE LITE package provides Vehicle with 1 Helper. If you cannot be present at pickup nor drop-off locations, and 1 person with dolly can perform loading/unloading, select CONCIERGE LITE Package. Each item should weigh up to 100 lbs., size up to 6 ft, and both pickup and drop-off location DO NOT involve stairs. • Concierge Premium CONCIERGE PREMIUM package provides Vehicle with 2 Helpers. If you cannot be present at pickup nor drop-off locations, and 2 people with dolly can perform loading/unloading, select CONCIERGE PREMIUM package. Each item should weigh up to 500 lbs, size up to 12 ft, and drop-off location COULD involve stairs. • Hero Helper Only If you only need help of labor work either to move, haul, load or unload items, select the HERO HELP ONLY package. You can order multiple helpers. Recommended for home/office interior remodeling or rearrangement, or small/big moving between houses/storages.
