An excellent cross boarder companion
I have been using Flash Pass for the past 4 years. It makes filing our Eapis a breeze - it also is a great place to store passenger and crew passports as well as aircraft information including the Decal number so it is at your finger tips when contacting CBP. I have had few issues over the years, but the team at Flash Pass is always available when I have questions. A must have.

Simplicity is beauty
We have used this app for our occasional trips to the Bahamas with our Citation Jet. The APP works as advertised and it’s very easy to use. Previously I used flightplan.com. However, I now use ForeFlight, which was lacking the feature.

I like the Manifest history, crew entries, PAX entries and ability to pre-file several manifests/trips in advance of travel days, the reply emails with airport reviews and completed C7, C7A, and the completed Bahamas Arrival Report I receive shortly after filing. They haven’t missed a single detail.

Customs Made Easy
Hands down the best customs app/interface I’ve used. It saves aircraft, passengers, every manifest you submit, and notifies you when any of the associated data is outdated or expired. Quick, easy, and intuitive.

If you are traveling internationally this is the app to get. I could not be more satisfied with the product. I filed for the first time going international( Bahamas) and back to the USA. I tried going through websites and searching for information online to do it and I was recommended this app by someone else. Game changer. So easy and accessible. I had an issue with billing and the OWNER called me! To get it sorted. He then asked for feedback. And any questions I had he answered. Honestly an amazing experience. Will continue to use this forever.

Amazing App for Canada/US/Mexico Travel
A good friend of mine has been using this for years as a Corporate Pilot. I was complaining about the time it took to fill out eAPIS forms and he put me onto FlashPass. Very shortly after signing up I received a text message with a tutorial video, then a follow up text to see if I had any questions. The support from the developer and his team is phenomenal. They offered to look over my first manifest prior to submitting and found a few errors I immediately corrected.
If you are planning on flying to/from the US from Mexico or Canada this is more than worth the annual fee. It used to take me 30-40 minutes to file the eAPIS. After saving my passengers and crew information (which you only do once) it now takes about 2 minutes. With the ability to scan a passport to add to your “persons” passengers can be added in about 10 seconds. The CanPass PDF that you receive from FlashPass makes alerting Canada Customs very easy. I highly recommend this app.

SOOOOO much easier! I’ve been flying to the Bahamas from Florida for many years and became a bit of an expert on the eAPIS system and interface - so much so that I had forgotten just clunky, repetitive, and inefficient the eAPIS website is. UNTIL someone insisted I try FlashPass. So much easier, and far less chance of making a small mistake on your inbound forms. I highly recommend!!

I will not fly into Mexico without Flashpass. Period. They are spot on with the new reporting rules and for filing both arrival and departure flights. Art responds personally to each email with customer experience at the top of his list.

The thing that makes this app better than any other way of filing is the customer service is beyond good - it’s amazing. Literally (and I know this sounds crazy in this day&age)when you call them an actual person answers the phone every single time. Then to make it more unbelievable, the person that answers the phone is actually helpful and goes far beyond what you would expect. If they can’t get you an answer immediately - they actually call you back to walk you through what issue you’re having. It’s a kind of customer service that I haven’t experienced before with ANY app or business I deal with. To say I’m blown away by the service is an understatement.
I don’t know if I’m speaking with the owner of the company every time I’ve called - but the person on the line is genuinely interested in helping figure everything out for you like an owner would.
Buy this app- you won’t be disappointed in how easy it is to use and if you struggle with anything along the way - they are going to help get it figured out.
