Come on guys!!!
Can’t ever log in. I get my username and password saved. Ask the app to remember me. Have automatic payments set up. Yet it still forgets my username and password. Always getting calls about missed payments. This company can’t get it together. What does one need to do get get an app that will let me at least freaking log in?! Also I get spam calls and spam mail in my physical mailbox constantly. If you want to have a hard time with any of these things this is your mortgage company and app for you.

Avoid at all costs
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are very sketchy and cause nothing but issues. They will push your closing date back as well as mess up all of your paperwork causing you to have to wait for hours at the title company waiting on them to fix their mistakes.
Cost me $1500 in earnest money
If you’re thinking about buying a home and you want to hassle free experience, then don’t use Flat Branch in Tulsa Oklahoma. All they had to do was transfer my file from Missouri to Tulsa set a date and close. Somehow they managed to screw that up, drug it out for two months. Rescheduled the closing date eight times. Finally the seller said enough is enough I’m done. So now we are homeless and had to use our down payment money to live on, and Flat Branch is now sending me a bill for $575.00. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even to buy a dog house.
