Site inutile pour trouver des appartements ou chambres, jamais de retour quand une demande est envoyé même avec un abonnement premium. De l’argent jeté par la fenêtre et aussi beaucoup d’arnaques avec des annonces fictives.
Cannot send chat messages in the app
Generally like Flatfox, but for ages now messages sent via the app just turn red as a failed message. Can only send messages by logging in on a web browser.
Scam Subscription
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this app subscription because it has been a total nightmare from start to finish. They don’t even have the decency to send a simple email warning you that a free trial is ending because they clearly just want to trap you into an overpriced subscription you didn't ask for. And once you’re stuck, it gets even worse. I was literally in the middle of a conversation with their support team trying to resolve the issue and while I’m waiting for an answer they actually had the nerve to increase the amount they were demanding. It is predatory and completely unprofessional. I finally gave up and paid the money just to get them off my back and get some peace, but even that didn't work. I am still being bombarded with automated "payment due" reminders because their departments are so incompetent they don’t even communicate with each other. It’s straight-up harassment at this point. Do not give these people your credit card information for a "free" trial or anything else because once they have it they will never leave you alone. It’s not a service, it’s a scam.

Constant profile deconnection
The app do not save your login information. As a result, whatever alert you’ve set up for flats is useless because you are deconnected. I have to reconnect each time I re-open the app.
Chat doesn’t work
I can’t open the chats and read the answers!

In my opinion, it’s simply the best housing app. Clear and instant communication with owners/agencies, all for free. Amazing!
Karte funktioniert nicht
wenn man auf der Karte reinzoomt und auf ein Inserat klickt, zoomt die Karte raus, lädt neu und das Inserat ist wieder weg, sodass man nicht mehr draufklicken kann

The price filter does not work properly (when you select “rent” option it can not be chosen anymore), the saved search criteria show “flashing” results.
Often wonky
Subscribing to a search is often bugged. And when you want to hide a listing, the app is bugged and “favorites” the listing instead. So you can never hide something you aren’t interested in.

Ich versuche mich mit meinem Konto anzumelden, aber ohne Erfolg. Im Browser klappt aber alles, der Fehler muss dringend behoben werden bevor die App zu nutzen ist

Verfehlt seinen Zweck wenn man sich nicht einloggen kann. Web funktioniert,App nicht.
Immer neu einloggen
Seit letzten Update muss man sich immer neu einloggen, jedes Mal wenn man App geschlossen und neu öffnet... vorher war super.
