Fake Application
There are several fake accounts. The application itself is very limited- very few people on the application and most accounts are fake. It’s basically useless and a waste of money. They won’t give a refund even though that’s what they have advertised with. There is no customer care line. You just basically email them for a refund and wait. The worst app to find a flatmate-cause you probably wont find one with this app.

Fraud don’t use it
purchased the DIY plan for Rs. 599 to get the access of contacts on the app. According to the policy, the money has to be refunded in case you don't find a deal over the app. I mailed a refund request to the app on 18th August 2024 and since then I haven't even got a response let alone the refund. Don't fall for these kinds of fake and fraud apps. Very bad service.

Very bad -Nuisance app
I tried contacting the people who posted the add - Was surprised to hear what most of them said was “its an very old post and currently there is no availability”. Is app owner should also be connecting with the customers who post the add to see if the listed property is really available or their requirement is fulfilled. And in such cases - The posted add shall be closed by the backend team with email confirmation to the one posted the add / availability. In my experience, after making the payment, it is a waste of time and not at-all a professional way of managing the app. Please DO NOT GO for this app.

Fraud app
I had purchased the DIY plan of this app for finding a room and after one whole month of messaging and calling people who posted their ads got no response at all. And for the past few weeks i have been mailing them regarding my refund but haven’t received any response yet. Don’t waste your time and money on this fraud app.

Not initiating refund according to its policy and doesn’t reply to customer mail.
I used this app in July end to find a flat for me. Didn’t get any good deal. I purchased the DIY plan for Rs. 599 to get the access of contacts on the app. According to the policy, the money has to be refunded in case you don’t find a deal over the app. I mailed a refund request to the app on 18th August 2024 and since then I haven’t even got a response let alone the refund. Don’t fall for these kinds of fake and fraud apps. Very bad service. Even the contacts that were on the app didn’t seem legitimate. I strongly recommend not to use this app.

Very bad experience using this app
I've been trying to find a flat in Hyderabad, but I keep encountering the same ads on the app. Even their deals lack a proper feedback system. To request a refund, I have to send them an email, but they don't even bother responding. It's not just about the money for me; it's about the lack of basic manners. If they can't provide a refund, they should at least have the courtesy to explain why. If they can't even manage that, they shouldn't be in this business.

Took 1000 for 45 days in the name of relationship manager and couldn’t find a flat for me
Worst application to find a flat. They will charge 1000 in the name of relationship manager and won’t put any efforts in finding a flat for you. Waste of my money. Won’t recommend to anyone who’s looking for flats or flatmates. This application and their services is dull. Feels like they are sleeping.

Go for their RM plan
Upgraded to RM plan after searching on own. My RM worked like a magic, found me a perfect place to live within a week
What a waste of money
On the free version, the app only lets you view the flats you’re looking for. I bought the plan worth ₹500, to be able to chat with the people posting their listing, and there has been no response whatsoever (I had texted more than 10 people!) and neither do the listings update. Absolutely do not recommend.

It is great app for finding availability of rooms on rent. The variety of options is great and surely has options as per each individual’s different needs.
