About

Color swatch cards for flavors. Made for bakers and dessert chefs looking for pairing inspiration. Scroll a library of 150+ flavors, each one a full-bleed card of its own color. Tap any flavor to see what pairs with it. Then tap one of those to see what pairs with it. BROWSE FOUR WAYS Sort the library by ingredient type, by taste profile, alphabetically, or by color. FLAVOR PAIRINGS Classic combinations, cultural canon, shared-aroma matches, and a few deliberate contrasts. BUILD A PALETTE Pull any card to the right to save it. Your palette is a working set for whatever you're developing right now. FLAVOR NAMES IN THREE LANGUAGES Every flavor carries its Japanese and Traditional Chinese name. Turn a secondary label on in Settings. NO ACCOUNT, NO NETWORK, NO TRACKING Everything lives on your device. Flavor Falls collects nothing, sends nothing, and works entirely offline.

Tap a flavor to see what pairs with it. That's the big one. Every flavor now opens a pairing view — and every pairing opens its own, so you can follow a thread as far as it goes: yuzu to matcha to azuki to wherever you end up. Because tapping now opens pairings, saving moved: • Pull a card to the right to save it • Or press and hold — same result What else changed: • 400+ curated flavor pairings, built over nine documented research sessions • The catalog is now 155 flavors — four new (date, raisin, palm sugar, ume) and eight retired • Your saved palette keeps flavors in the order you save them • A welcome screen on first launch.
