Was really loving this app but it just keeps deleting my recipes

I am trying to use your app. I enjoy using your app. But it states that my five free imports are used up, and as I try to purchase more, nothing changes because it states you already have a subscription in other words like why are you buying another one? So I am at a loss. Is it time to just transfer to a different recipe app?
