This app is garbage
Anything to do with find fuel is complete garbage. A company as large as comdata should be ashamed to have their name attached to this app. It is the most non user friendly app I’ve ever used to find fuel of any kind. As a truck driver that will run possibly thousands of miles on a particular run, not being able to search for fuel along a route is absolutely ridiculous. The app is slow slow to load fuel prices you can’t even scan through the map from city to city. It’ll lock after the first swipe or two and and lock up the screen while it searches that area. Total garbage. It wouldn’t take much to be better but they should fire their IT staff and start over. Any IT department that accepts this isn’t worth keeping. Look at how EFS app works for fuel finding.

Does not work
The app does not work at all, needs to be updated immediately! Cannot do its main function of finding fuel locations that accept the card. The entire map just appears blank with no locations.

Don’t embarrass yourself Comdata, just remove the app. You’re the only one with a 1980’s map version lol.

I don’t rate apps but this pile of garbage is inconsistent. Had one time it worked fast and I didn’t have to move map location or zoom to get my discount price. Now all I get is nothing and when it does display a price it’s for gas. But I guess this is what you get with diversity hires.
Useless
I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, updated to latest software and 5 bars showing. Fleet advance app struggles to load. There is no web base version of this either so for fuel gotta do it the old fashioned way
Unusable worst app ever
Please do us all a favor and take this APP down and save us all some frustration! Totally worthless. When I was in IT if I ever released an APP this full of bugs I would have been fired!

One of the worst apps
The first time I tried to use it, it took 15 minutes to find a station. Then I said it to only truckstops and now at least it will find stations. Seriously though it’s 2024. No search along route function. This app cost me time.
Waste of time
It’s 2024 and Comdata App doesn’t let us see fuel prices along a route. Y’all should take a peak at your competitors. They do a wonderful job in this area.
Junk
This app is junk! It can’t find location or fuel stops. On my iPhone the little grey wheel just spins or it takes me to the wrong location. I put in Grand Island, Nebraska and it took me to Buffalo, NY.

This app is worthless
Every time I try to use it to find fuel prices, it either says it can’t find location or just sits there on the gear spinning. I have literally been sitting at a truck stop on the fuel network and it will not be able to find any locations for fuel. It is about worthless. Maybe once a week it might work. This is very frustrating as I can’t find the best fuel deals along my route. Fix your app ComData. It’s worthless. You have the technology, the money to hire people who know what their doing, and here we are with an app that’s junk, phone system that takes a masters degree to navigate, and most of your staff that we are required to talk to barely speak or understand English. You used to be the best fuel cards out there, but you have gone so far downhill there’s almost no hope of you getting any better.

Feature request....
Would love to have a lock button to lock the card. Only unlock it when needed. Or a 2FA system when you do a card swipe at the pump, it popped up asking if it was you then it allows the purchase. I just got skimmed this trip.
