BS app. Buyer beware!!!!
Biggest waste of money and time. Installed the unit and followed every step of instructions. Unit powers on like it should. Shows on the app the unit is active and reporting location, only problem is that it’s not. While the vehicle is out and about, still shows it sitting in our yard. Made several attempts to contact customer support to only be left holding an empty bag and money thrown down the drain. Asked for a refund and all I got in response was to double check the installation and if all is good to send the unit back so they can check it out. This is complete BS to Spend over 100 bucks for an anual service that isn’t delivering the service. Total scam. So for what it’s worth, spend your hard earned money elsewhere that’s reputable

Clean app with strong value for Tesla owners especially if you rent on Turo or share your vehicle. Setup was smooth support was solid and I liked being able to track trips in real time. Looking forward to seeing how they grow from here.
