Useless updates Dumb developers
Zero star rating for the developer. your recent update and your customer service says that if u’ve forgot to logout your book and even the device is not connected with ecm , and driver is doing 36 Hour reset, if the unit is moved in yard by someone else the book shows auto drive.

Worst app.
I received an HOS violation because the Fleet Hunt app required an update at a critical time. When I was trying to change my duty status, the app became unavailable due to the update process, resulting in a violation of only 2–3 minutes.

Getting Worse day by day
I really used to like this app, but it’s getting worse day by day. Drive events keep popping up. Unnecessarily keeps asking about last duty event and signing logs. But the worst thing about this app is if mistakenly your app is not running in the background, it won’t detect the drive status. Also, I tried to give some suggestions long time ago to improve the app but they never worked on it. Must be a lazy developer behind it 👎👎

I have had to call in to fix many issues like for example when you share a truck of the other person doesn’t log out or “leave” the truck you can’t use it u less you call and force a log out.

When you go leave vehicle your book automatically logout this is first time we say this bad update when you back login you need strong network and 5 or more time to connect with vehicle.why need this option add in this app another apps not do like this only @fleethunt do these kind of updats.please fix this issue and make normal like a other application we no have time to waiting for long.face more many bugs after with logout

This is the worst eld i ever used you cant do anything with it it doesn’t connect to your device easily sometimes it doesn’t go to drive everytime you drive you have to check if its going to drive or not

September 2025 after update app not work properly when leave vehicle and automatic app logout and when fill username at password and there only one option to logout not opne app

Bad experience
I’ve been using this log book for over a month now. It’s not an ELD it shows hours on the screen but you have to calculate them manually. If you just follow what it shows, you can easily end up in violation the next day. Very bad experience it’s confusing and makes it easy to make mistakes.please avoid this log book

disappointed new update
I can’t go on duty of duty on the time, time, Bluetooth or internet, not working, specially on bc to Calgary route. Whenever Bluetooth or no internet, so application not working if driving, then still driving, so it’s too much spoiled the time before is good. We can use manually, but now really, really very bad new update.my rating 0 to new update. Sometimes situation is, we have no internet or some issues with the mobile so that time application not do anything if he is in driving so you can’t put on duty so please fix this issues like other applications.thank you hope you will fix very soon.you should manually on off because ECM not connected some time

Every new update bring some new bugs and it makes more difficult to use the application. Also uneducated people are sitting on the customer service line that doesn’t know how to get it fixed. It’s a recommendation to all the people do not use them.
