Laborious Game play
I bought the bundle on basis of high rating for fleeting memory but wish I had tried one game first. The style is nice, graphics etc. but completely spoiled by clunky, laborious gameplay that prohibits any relaxing flow. Really disappointed and suspect the others in bundle will be the same. It requires a lot of traipsing around back and forward between different scenes and very dated “conversation” with different characters using random selection items and memories. If the gameplay was better I would rate higher.

Brilliant
Great game - pleasure to play. Clever, funny. The online hints section works really well so you rarely get stuck for long. And the one time I did (totally my fault I was being dim) I contacted the developer (there’s an online forum and you can also email) and they got straight back to me. Really impressed. Great value - thank you.

Couldn’t finish it by design
I get to the end. Bad guy is wheeled away. I look away from my phone and when I look back and the cutscene has ended and I need to look for a lab. There’s no hints, no walkthroughs, I can’t rewatch the cutscene, and I’ve gone through everything over again on this game. I’m convinced it’s not meant to be finished by design or else it would just be a bad game. I’m disappointed after buying the bundle and hope the others aren’t this unintuitive.

Clearly the game is meant to be finished, and if you've gotten this far you know it can be quite challenging at times. There are complete hints on our website, as there are for all our games, which amount to a full walkthrough. There is a link to these hints under the help screen.
Challenging Puzzles
I loved this game! I thought the puzzles were super fun and challenging in the best way. The voice recorder? So clever. Awesome art too!

Absolutely AMAZING game. So well thought out, really beautiful, easy interface to use, everything about it was just so good. It was also so funny, I kept chuckling to myself from some of the dialogues. This game reminded me a lot of the Agent A escape game, which I also loved !!! Great job devs

This was the second game I tried from MysteryCaper after playing Fleeting Journey. It reminded me why I loved Journey so much. Loved all aspects of the game and appreciate how challenging it can be. I had a slight glitch from the game but I reached out to their customer service and they were just amazing! After eventually finishing the game, I was left satisfied with the ending yet I still wanted to keep playing! Games like this are so refreshing when the app store is filled with games that are all the same. Give this one a try if you’re into mystery games!

Fun point-n-click game with with great crime plot
This fun little point-and-click adventure game is a little less polished than some but feature fun puzzles and a well-written plot straight out of a detective novel.
The artwork is far from AAA studio quality but engaging, charming & makes for clear gameplay. The music is weird and clunky - I couldnt understand why the credits mentioned some classic muci

This Developer is Great
I love games like The Room & House of Da Vinci. But I also love games like Tales of Monkey Island & Johnny Bonasera. This developer does a great puzzle game. My only regret is that I’ve played them all & now I’m left waiting for their next one!

Stuck
I’ve really liked this game so far but I am stuck in the casino lobby. I looked at the hints about getting an invoice on the table, but no matter what I do there isn’t an invoice. I even wrote to the developer a few days ago with no response. I would have given the game 5 stars if I could have gotten past this.

Great but bugged?
Was enjoying this and the hint system meant that even when stuck I could figure out where I’d gone wrong (helpful for some of the more protracted or less intuitive puzzles). Late in the game, however, even having checked the hints, I simply couldn’t find the hotspot that I needed to in order to progress. I don’t know if this is an iPhone/iPad issue. Regretfully, I gave up. Would still recommend, as it was fun up to that point, and maybe others will succeed where I failed!

Not for adventure gamers
This is an escape the room type game that is so illogical and has so many.. you know what? The 20 things I didn’t like, you know what, not worth my time, I’m just going to just say, if u want a good adventure game, this is not it. It’s a click fest of ridiculousness. Look at John Yesterday for real adventure games.

Bugs
Keeps freezing when I solve puzzles. Most you could exit and go back in and it would work. But stuck at boathouse. Code works but then freezes on the keypad. Help button in the main menu also caused it to freeze. Wish I could finish because it was fun
Another Enjoyable Game
I really enjoyed this game. It was challenging, but I love games that are a bit challenging and think outside the box. Otherwise games can become boring with the same old format. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.

The game has a nice little sense of humor and some fun locations and characters. My only complaint would be that the solutions are pretty random.
Fab point & click
I am a huge fan of (old) Nancy Drew and Carol Reed point and click games, and in my constant search for similar iOS games I stumbled upon Fleeting Memory and the other games by Mystery Capers. Funny, fun and engaging, I look forward to future games by Mystery Capers!

I accidentally recorded Ate’s voice over the Maltese’s barking before I could use the recorder on the bird. I had to restart the game after that.

Stunning
Quite simply one of the best adventure puzzle games I’ve ever played, much longer than fleeting journey and with fiendish puzzles that get you really thinking, I can’t believe I missed these games until now, I’m trying hard not to use hints/ walkthroughs as I don’t want it to end. The layout is brilliant letting you figure out the story as you progress, a huge variety of puzzles and so many “aha” moments which is the whole purpose of adventure games and many games aren’t logical enough or tricky enough to give you that great feeling of satisfaction. This really is the perfect point and click adventure and I’m very much looking forward to purchasing their new game too! A huge 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

beautiful art…cute clever game
I downloaded this game because I am currently on a puzzle/point &click kick and I was drawn to the beautiful art of this game. I hoped for the best in terms of gameplay and as it urns out this game is fun, cute, clever, and feels like a lot of heart was put into it.

So I finished all your other games and this one is definitely the most challenging for me. I think I’m almost done, I just used the map on the chess book but nothing is happening? That’s what the hints website says to do. I’m stuck

Hi - you are definitely almost done. When you use the map on the chess book, you should get a clue to one of the final things you need to do. (It doesn't actively do anything, just gives a comment.) Before you can use that hint you need to do one other thing on this screen which you may or may not have done already. It's a little difficult to give too many hints here.
