Fleetly is the driver companion app for commercial fleet operations. It puts the day's work — trips, loads, inspections, duty status and pay — in one place, built for a phone in a cab rather than a desk in an office. TODAY, AT A GLANCE Sign in and the dashboard shows what matters right now: your assigned trips, your current duty status, your shift timer and your assigned vehicle, on a live map. TRIPS, STOP BY STOP Work your route in order. Every trip opens to a stop timeline with addresses, windows and status, so you always know what is done and what is next. Filter by status and page through your history. DVIR INSPECTIONS Run pre- and post-trip inspections against the FMCSA §396.11 checklist — 18 items across Exterior, Cab & Controls, Coupling and Cargo. Mark each OK, Defect or N/A, attach a note to any defect, and file the report in three steps. Any defect fails the inspection, exactly as the regulation requires. ON AND OFF DUTY Change duty status with a GPS position and an odometer reading attached to every event, so the record is one your carrier can stand behind. A shift timer runs while you are on duty and your recent events stay in view. WORKS WHERE THE SIGNAL DOESN'T Duty changes are queued the moment you confirm them and sent when the network comes back, oldest first. You are never stuck at a truck stop with no bars and no way to clock in. MY ORDERS See the loads dispatch has assigned to you. Search, sort and filter by status, and open any order for the full detail without waiting on a round trip. SETTLEMENTS Know what you have been paid and what is still coming. Your totals sit above your settlement history, filterable by status. LIVE TRACKING See your own route on the map, plus the trip figures your dispatcher sees. YOUR VEHICLE Your assigned vehicle, its documents and its open defects, always one tap away. NOTIFICATIONS Everything the office has sent you, grouped by day, newest first. BUILT FOR THE CAB Large tap targets, a full dark theme for night runs, and complete translations in English, Spanish and Arabic with full right-to-left layout. LOCATION AND PRIVACY Fleetly shares your location with your carrier while you are signed in, including in the background, so dispatch can see your truck and your duty events carry a position. iOS shows the blue status bar indicator whenever this is happening. Continued background use of GPS can decrease battery life. Your carrier decides whether tracking is on and who can see it; Fleetly never sells your data.
