About

FleetPay is the app for drivers fueling with a FleetPay fleet card at truck stops across the U.S. FUEL IN THREE TAPS Pull into a Love's, TA Petro or Pilot, tap Fuel here, key the pump number, and FleetPay reserves the pump. Your start code, driver ID and fuel code appear on one screen, large enough to read with the other hand on the pump. The codes stay on your Lock Screen while the reservation is open. SEE THE PRICE BEFORE YOU PULL IN Every truck stop on the map shows the fleet-card diesel price next to the retail price, so you know what you save before you leave the highway. TRUCK NAVIGATION Truck-legal routing with your height, weight and length, live traffic, weigh stations, and truck stops along the route sorted by distance or by price. EVERY FILL-UP IN ONE PLACE The History tab keeps your fill-ups by day: gallons, price per gallon, what the card saved, and a receipt you can share with dispatch or accounting. MADE FOR THE CAB Big type, high contrast, and one clear action per screen. Available in English, Spanish, Russian, Kyrgyz and Uzbek. FleetPay requires a FleetPay fleet card account. Sign in with the phone number your fleet registered.

What's New in FleetPay

1.0.1

October 16, 2026

Fueling • Fuel here now appears whenever you're within a mile of any QuikQ station — no need to plan the stop or be navigating. • Truck stop pages are simpler: within a mile, one big Fuel here button; farther out, you see how far you are, with Navigate beside it. • Diesel prices are shown to the cent, the same figure everywhere — map, list, station page and fuel banner. Loads • Booked loads stay in sync with your dispatcher: cancelled or reassigned loads disappear, a load you've already started stays started after a relaunch, and you're told when your dispatcher ends a running load. • Stop times no longer show a placeholder date, and the "New Load Available" prompt no longer reappears over a trip you've already started. • Stop updates made while offline are kept and sent once you're back in coverage. Sign in • Your phone number is offered above the keyboard when you sign in. Plus the FleetPay name and logo updated throughout the app.
