Just for the swipe to delete alone this is still one of the most memorable keyboards on the app store. Full stop. Why did nobody else ever implement it?

Great Keyboard With Learning Curve
As of writing there's a two star review at the top of the page but I don't have a single one of those issues using Fleksy, imo it's a 10/10 keyboard, I prefer it over the defaults for iOS, Google or Samsung, which are all pretty great themselves.
I had high hopes
i wanted to love this keyboard. the privacy features are great, and i genuinely like the little things — especially the heart key pop-ups. they made typing feel cute, expressive, and personal. i’d give five stars in a heartbeat if the core functionality actually worked.
but right now?
1. no emojis
2. hotkeys don’t work
3. if you move the cursor to edit a word, it deletes the first letter of the next one
4. the suggestions bar doesn’t respond to taps
5. basic editing is a nightmare
i even considered writing this review while using your keyboard to show how glitchy it is, but i don’t hate myself that much. fix it. you really had something here.

Hotkeys don't work
After the setup the changes don't update.
Pretty Great Keyboard, Few Dealbreakers
This keyboard is just fine for everyday use and has great autocorrect and some awesome gestures. Swipe to get rid of the last word is very useful, the ability to search a YouTube video from it and just enter in a link is handy (along with other apps available directly from it) even the cursor gesture works better than my stock keyboard. The primary dealbreaker for me is the fact that it doesn't have swipe typing and somewhat limited extensions. This would be the perfect keyboard for me, but not having swipe to type is just a step behind and I use it too often to do without it. Having an open store for extensions (if that's even possible) would also be a welcome addition. It'd be great to also have haptic feedback, I'm surprised that this isn't an option here either. Would definitely come back to this and rate it a full five stars if those things ever gets added.

Despite having the settings option to allow typing by swipe, the function doesn't actually work.

Always with updates
When i first installed this some years ago, you guys had it going on, I dont know what it is with you developers of any apps where the first one is almost decent everytime, and then you developers of any apps, update said app(s) and functionality or features get worse or somethings missing entirely, The preview for the diffirent backgrounds dont show up unless you close the app, The ui of the settings is ugly, It used tp be way cooler looking, and I miss the sounds, I go in that app and look, Its locked why would sounds be locked, " Oh here we go! enable full access, did that still Locked.... Listen get yourselves together

Please make it a bit better.
I really like this keyboard, but it's lacking basic features that make it feel like I can't fully replace my og apple keyboard.
I would love haptic feedback.
Better word prediction.
The ability to type in two languages at the same time. (it kind of works if you have the keyboard set to another language and then type in English, but why not the inverse?)
Swiping to type, I miss it and is extremely useful in one handed mode.
And upcoming ai features to the stock keyboard app may take me away for good.

Needs update
This app really needs an update. I have given Fleksy full access, but it is still telling me it doesn't have it.
abandoned.
It's abandoned. Many features are broken.(examples:flashing spacebar, YouTube and Spotify feature won't work and the searching feature. Also some apps are unavailable.999%the developer won't respond. Hasn't been updated in 3 years!!
Predictive text
The keyboard is ok, but the predictive text is horrible, and it’s obvious that the developers have abandoned this app. It hasn’t been updated in over 11 months. It’s a shame too because this used to be a decent keyboard alternative.

It's the best keyboard for typing. But they haven't made updates. Maybe in options to personalize it would be welcome

to update this app. It was the same nonsense before, they released a mediocre app promised updates which never came. Skip ahead several years they release a mediocre app that doesn’t get updated.
can't swipe to type
i absolutely loved every feature this keyboard has, some of which i'd never seen before, but you can only type by pressing and i can't live without swiping </3 amazing keyboard though!
should be 5 stars but it is very frustrating
I've used Fleksy on and off for about a decade. used to be the best tap keyboard by far. then they introduced autocorrect for multiple words simultaneously and its never been as good. you simply can't just type and not double check every single word, and it gets awful if you need to go back to edit something because it starts deleting things randomly and creating so many errors it might be better to just delete and restart. makes me sad they've never fixed that.
