We are making continuous improvements on the Flexicare app. In this version, "Dental" option for chief complaint in requesting LOA for Labs is now removed. Thank you for using the Flexicare app.

Unable to open app on my phone iPhone

Hi there,

I just downloaded the app but I am unable to use it. I get a message that says Flexicare needs to be updated for my phone version. I have an IPhone 6s. Please assist because I would like to use the phone.
