OTL Clock-In is a mandatory prerequisite for all downstream labor activities, including Work Order clocking. Users cannot clock-in to any Work Order unless they are first clocked in to OTL. Also users cannot clock-out of OTL/Employee time entry, if they were clocked-in to any work order. Employee has to clock-out of all work order/s to be able to clock-out of OTL/Facility/Employee time entry.
