FlexiQ is the modern day equivalent of the olden day take-a-ticket number system.
Instead of your customers having to monitor a big board that says now serving number 56, number 57, number 58 etc.
They scan a QR code and go and do something more fun, useful or convenient - when they receive a push notification, they know it's time to return.
FlexiQ is the system that generates the QR codes - and FlexiQ also sends the Push Notifications.
