Don't waste your money and time!
It doesn't work well. I paid for the annual plan, but the gait analysis never completed. I logged out of the app to restart and… my purchase disappeared! I couldn't refund the purchase or finish the gait analysis! So I signed up for a new monthly trial to see if it would at least complete the analysis, and nothing. The worst part: there's simply no user support, just a FAQ that doesn't help much.

Have you tried the feedback button in the app settings? if you are using portuguese , you can use the "Comentarios" . so we can identfy your user id through our seystem and try to help you?
