FlexJet doesn’t disappoint. Wheels UP is a joke (with quality on board amenities which don’t make up for extraordinarily poor service and reliability) and Flex Jet is materially more expensive without an apparent benefit
SLA
We were told that planes were newer but so far my experience has been the opposite. Planes are very dated and old inside.
Scalo flights
I would love to see a new updated flex Jet Catering menu available from the app. We need a new menu .
Very buggy
I am new flight to flex jets. But I find it’s a very buggy app currently. When I try and sign in often it just locks up and spins if I don’t enter the right name or password. And I’ve had other buggy issues.
