Pretty Meh
The description says they’re continuously improving this app but it’s been the same for years.
The way pictures are laid out is meh, the map function is pretty horrible and randomly takes you to Canada constantly, you cannot filter your feed or anything by contingent, pending, etc… everything is just Active, so you have to click into every house to see where it’s at.
It’s a functioning app but could be so much better with some minor tweaks.

Don’t Download
This app never worked! Attempts to open then closes. Need to be fixed. Waste of time!
Glitchy
This app force closes almost every time I try to open a listing my realtor emails. Have had it for over a month. The functionality is fine otherwise but it's a pretty big factor to not be able to open the app to use it.

Can’t save listings
The app doesn’t allow me to save listings. What’s the point?
Results error
My agent sent this link for your app a few weeks ago and every day it updates with new listings he thinks we would be interested in seeing. The app updated a day ago and now all I see is Results Error, there was an error retrieving this listing. Now I can’t see any of the listings he has sent
Filter list for search
The filter list for searching for homes won’t load. No way to narrow your search criteria on app

Feature Request
I actually really like the app. The feature request I have is to be able to see which properties I’ve “saved” or starred from the map itself.
I find myself looking at the map but clicking on the same properties I’ve already saved since there is no designation (a star) on the map

Nothing works on this app. Not even wort 1 star.

Turned and exciting experience into a huge stressor. At the point I don’t even want to work with my realtor anymore.

Still can’t change status! Why is this bug so hard to fix???
Unable to toggle “status” field to closed
I used this app daily for years and it’s now inoperable due to the ‘status’ object. In the past, you could look at Active, Pending and Closed properties. Now you it doesn’t let you change from Active. Please fix
Terrible
A few months ago the app stoped letting me change the status search option. I only have “active” available and can’t change to sold or pending. No one can seem to figure why I can’t change the status. I’m a real estate investor and I did use this app daily and now it’s useless. I’ve updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, added search fields, reset, asked my agent for help, she can’t figure it out either. The desktop version is equally as terrible with different problems. I also can’t search by address or mls number, it never finds the results. It’s just terrible!

Poorly designed
There are so many better options for searching MLS than this app. It doesn't work well, and is difficult to navigate.
Clunky
There have been several times when logging in to the app where it won’t show me the recommended homes that my realtor has sent. They will just randomly reappear after closing and going back into the app for the umpteenth time. There will also be homes that I click on and the whole app will just send me back to my phones Home Screen. When I go back into the app and try it again, the cycle repeats.

Started off functioning now it’s Trash
After the last update, the app won’t function and only crashes. I have to log in through safari to view anything. Fix the app and I’ll fix my review.
One important feature doesn’t work on latest release.
The Status button to click Active or sold listing stopped working all the sudden and you can only see Active listing right now.
Unable to save
I am unable to save any of the homes. I click save and the property doesn’t save to the saved section of the app. Help please.
