It’s like the grabbers are picking and choosing who the blocks go to or the AI bot is just dumb. Not exaggerating, I had over 30 blocks “ignored” last night due to “not being within the selected day and time range” and 3 of them literally were so they should have at least been caught or “missed”. This has happened 2 weeks in a row. Waste of my subscription and this will be my last week using it.

App gives location error
Even though I emailed twice, no one responded. The application constantly gives location errors

That's the one of the bad grabbers ever what i meet. Thats only showing the dicline orders don't grabbing nothing. I was try to buy subscription which is 9.99$ again it's not working. From 10 i will gonna say 0 customer support. You are mailing them and no answer for 2 days.
Good app but flex is making hard to get blocks by implementing captcha puzzle
Its awesome app. But amazon is trying to eliminate 3rd party bots like flex rider. Not flex rider fault. Amazon force captcha puzzle now which blocks flexrider searches!

Every time i try connect to my account it says “succesfully” but it gets me back to “Connect Flex” again and again!!!!!!!!!!!

Was told on email that because I dont use my phone to search it doesnt work. I use both and have achieved catching blocks in the past. Since amazon update cant catch anything. They charged me for 3 weeks before finally giving me a weeks free. It constantly misses the best blocks and doesnt acknowledge if they are missed or ignored. Dont bother

App doesn’t work anymore. Worked for a few weeks and literally just took £9.99 off me yesterday and has now stopped working. Says all the blocks have been ignored as they are not in my selected warehouse but then when they are in my selected warehouse it doesn’t show any blocks but they are on the actual flex app.
