Worst app every day i am getting an message saying i am eligible for 60K once i update all details its showing me asking to wait try after 90 days , i f not eligible why you stupids keep on sending messages to complete my application fake app worst app don’t trust this fake app.

Unnecessary calls. Lots of torture
I am using flex salary for last 4 years and I know the process how to avail money. I am getting daily 3 calls minimum saying u have a loan amount to avail. I already know that, but I would take loan when I need it. I know how to apply through app. Daily calls are really irritating. I keep telling and yelling not to call but calls keep coming. Do u keep records of customer call history. I have blocked numbers but getting calls from new numbers daily. It’s a real torture….

unwarranted and uncertain provision of credi line
I would not recommend this app to anyone as this is the most unprofessional map I have seen after being every due before time and order debited from the account every month. There is a unwarranted change happening on the facility and now the entire loan after they use, it’s been converted to personal loan without any credit limit available. There are many other apps like Skype and I have not seen such change of terms and conditions without intimidating. The customer and entirely the model is exchange for which primarily customer will come to such kind of apps.

Worst App Keeps calling regularly
I logged into flex salary and got an offer for loan which was very off limit so i declined. From past 20 day customer care people keep on calling to take loan, do kyc this that and i keep telling then i dont need it delete my contact. Emails Customer support to Delete data but no Response. These loosers keep calling on Sunday also.

Delay in Fund
I have applied for personal loan, they say 24 hr customer support but firstly it won’t work. From morning I am getting continuous calls from them even after I mentioned the time.
And after completing KYC two times still they are unable to complete the procedure. Complete all the formalities and still not received the amount. So, don’t write instant loan it’s almost 36 hours and no money received. Customer support just gives excuse but no clear justification. I am using first time this app and very pathetic experience.

Worst mistake i could ever make
I would advice not to take any sort of loan from this app. They are very unprofessional there goons call you before the due date arrives and harasses you to pay back with extra money also they will call in odd hours such as midnight though whatsapp and harrases to pay extra in cash else they will call family

It's really helpful app you should trust on this app they don't harass you like outer lone providers they understand your situation and find out the best solution if in case your not able to pay your EMI amount then you can pay just a minimum amount and they consider as paid

I did get the money but why do you have to keep reminding me 2 weeks before my due date.. There are numerous calls and messages and even requests on phonepe.. This is harrassment.. i will not recommend anyone to download this if you want to stay away from unwanted calls

Post application they continuously calling me to complete video KYC after telling them I was busy with some kind of work still repeatedly they called me 8 times in hour. That to my required loan amount wasn’t approved. I asked to delete my application post that also I have received a call 3 times. Such an idiotic harassment stay away from such apps

Poor application
I have already paid the full amount there is nothing due to be paid everything is cleared and the app has not updated the data and they keep calling and texting to pay the due when I have already paid full amount 20,644. I hope the issue is fixed ASAP.
