I’ve called various times in the past 2 months during business hours and have requested a call back without hearing back. Unprofessional to me. Will not be continuing with this company in the future.

Incredible Customer Service - Ease of Use
I’ll start by saying that I’m pretty tech savvy so that goes into my rating. I have enjoyed the ability to upload receipts and file claims from my mobile device. The best thing about Flex Today is the customer service, by far I’ve had better conversations with these people than any other service I am a part of; knowledgeable and personable! I’m grateful for Flex Today!
