Paid £60 for the year, received 3000 credits which lasted two days, as you have to regenerate videos 2-3 times to get what you want. Pretty sure I’m meant to get monthly credits but it’s been 2 months now and I’ve had no top up, tried to contact them 2-3 times now and I’ve had no response, the yearly plans are poor for info as it doesn’t actually tell you what you get, through research others get monthly credits but I’ve not had any. Feels like a scam, wouldn’t recommend.

Love the app and all the specifics that the app brings what I don’t like is the fact that we spend our money and then can’t hear our music after a certain amount of days is that suppose to happen. Not a good look on that part of the app let’s fix this guys people spend money with you

Customer service ignores emails.
So I use this app for all my videos, pics and music right. The other day every time I tried to create something it wouldn’t do it and it would just refund. So I log out then log back in and my account is reset. Over 4K credits gone. I sent the people a ticket to see what’s what and no one has gotten back to me and now I can’t create anything. No telling when they will get back to me but it shouldn’t take a week to do so….so I came back and changed my review to a one star. I have an ongoing subscription for a year, sent an email to the people and looks like they ignored it. Money down the drain.

A bit of a con
Fantastic App but be aware. The subscription plans are very misleading, I took an annual subscription only to be told halfway through the year my credits expired and I would need to take a further 12 months to continue to use. Apple are as good as useless when I raised with them, Flibbo responded gives us more moneys.

You have to mention it’s not free to only downloadable for people with purchase .

But in all honesty, the purchasing situation is nonsensical. 5.99/week doesn’t give you unlimited play, it literally gives you 400 credits.. and if you don’t use those credits within that week and figure “hey I still have literally 350 credits, why do I need 400 more?” So I cancel the subscription and then figure out my credits are no longer available even though I’ve already paid for those credits… I think the app needs to decide whether they want to provide subscriptions or f they want to charge 5.99 for a certain amount of credits because right now they’re on the fence and it doesn’t really feel very fair for the consumer.

I used this app a lot and was really impressed with it.. Until it would show as saving my video and never actually save it for my use. And yes, I checked all the settings to ensure they were right and also have updated the app religiously. If not for this issue, I would gladly give it a full 5 stars, but I can't until the issue is fixed.
