Good but one flaw

I’m on the free tier where you get 100 pics a day, and the app starts on the most recent month and works backwards, but the problem is that if you have a month with over 100 photos you want to keep the app gets stuck on that month and every day it’s the same 100 pictures you swipe to keep and can’t seem to get past that.

DO NOT BUY

I’ve just paid £4 to upgrade it as I was impressed with the original version and now it doesn’t work! Seems to be the same with the rest of the reviews!

Shouldn’t start over every day.

If there’s going to be a daily limit the app shouldn’t start back at the beginning of your pictures. Makes this pretty useless pretty fast.

Dodgy app doesn’t work

The app doesn’t load anything and when I clicked app support comes up with a weird dodgy website about becoming a pilot? Paid for it and it still doesn’t work.

This app is a lie, and a scam

The app will let you “delete” just about 30 pictures a day, and will charge you if you want the unlimited version. Thing is, the day after I reach my daily limit, I open the app and is showing all the pictures I kept from the previous day. It’s not deleting any photos, it’s just showing you a bunch of the same ones making you think you’re freeing up space, while your waiting space on a useless app.

Never loads

Paid for this app but it very rarely loads - haven’t been able to use it for weeks now as it won’t load

Good but has a tiny glitch

It’s a good app and a fun way to go through your photos. But recently i noticed after you reach your limit of 100 the next day it makes you go through all the photos you already went through. This doesn’t happen all the time just sometimes.

Needs improvement

Cool idea but after a while it just shows the same photos over and over so I can’t delete any new ones. There should be a system where if a picture was swiped right on previously it shouldn’t be shown again the next time I go to delete photos.

HIDDEN FEES!!!!

THIS APP HAS THE GAUL TO ASK ME TO PAY TO DELETE MY OWN PHOTOS!!

UNHEARD OF!!

A DISGRACE!!

100 a day free limit

Limits to swiping through 100 photos a day for free. Most people have thousands of photos so this isn’t very useful.

Can’t do much without purchasing premium

If you have heaps of photos to go through don’t bother with this app. It’s great in theory but it only lets you delete like 30 or so photos per day unless you purchase the premium version.

doesn't help clean out much

100 free "flics" a day (actually only 50, and if you decided to keep some from the day before, it'll keep showing you the same photos every single day after, meaning you only clean up a couple photos a day.)

question

Is there a monthly fee? or just a one time purchase ?

loved it

Flic is definitely an app that everyone needs. If you have a lot of photos in your camera roll it does wonders to clear it up. Sitting and scrolling through your camera roll is just boring. This gives you only your photos and sorts them into each month, so you can easily delete them and clear your storage up. Pros: All the months are sorted with the number of photos that are in each month. If you want to jump around between months you can choose. After every month you go through it says clear out the trash. It's almost like a game because you swipe either left or right to delete or keep. It makes you feel good after every month you go through because it tells you how much storage you delete when you trash a photo. It checks off the month once you are finished going through it. What is nice is it deletes the photos off your phone and puts them into the recently deleted album. It will give you a pop up notification that says are you sure you want to delete just to make sure your decision is finalized. There is an undo button that allows you to go back one if you accidentally deleted or kept a photo you did or didn't want. Cons: There really aren't many cons to this app. You will have to pay $4.99 for premium one time because there is a limit of how much photos to go through. I would say it's definitely worth that money, but it is still a purchase. The photo is shown a bit small, but you can click on it to make it bigger. It is a little annoying if you want to go quicker through the photos. Also, if you leave the app you have to restart the month you were going through. It only saves where you were at if you finish the whole month. Lastly, it does take like a minute to reload all your photos back in to look at all the months when you exit Flic. Overall, these cons do not outweigh the pros at all because of how efficient Flic benefits me.

Barely works

Unsupported

upgrade doesn’t work

i spent $5 to delete photos by month. maybe i have too many photos (that’s why i downloaded this app lol) but it just loads and loads and won’t let me choose a month. i can only do it starting from the latest photo every time i open the app. basically useless

GLITCHY

Brilliant when it worked. I spent over £4 on the premium version because I was so impressed, and then it just glitched out and won’t load my photos from any other month. Waste of money, and the have no contact support to even ask for a refund.

Won’t show new photos

It works for the first few days but then just shows me the same photos everyday so I can’t delete any new ones

The SS Ghost Ship

I couldn't figure out why it suddenly wasn't working so I checked if there was a recent update or something. Looks like no updates for 3 years. 😬

Welp, it was good while it lasted.

Great workhorse but

This is a fantastic and very useful app but recently it stopped making my months complete which bothers me a lot. Can you add a way to manually mark months as completed if the app doesn’t fit some reason? Been using Flic for years and will continue to do so but this little tweak would make five stars
