This app was recording my screen in the background, would not recommend, reported to Apple, when closing the app it would remain open in the background and a red ring would appear around the camera to show screen recording!!!!

On 8/20 I subscribed and PAID for a subscription yet I CAN NOT access any of the videos! I have requested to UNSUBSCRIBE AND GET AND A FULL REFUND! When you write, they have the gall to say they will get back to you within 7 days - RIGHT IN TIME FOR THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AGAIN! I want to UNSUBSCRIBE yet it does not show up on my Apple Subscriptions or anywhere else I can see. I have written twice yet no word on refund or unsubscribing. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS APP IS DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR BUY THIS SUBSCRIPTION. I feel robbed.

cancellation of subscription
pls be mindful of the charges from this app ; you cancel the subscription yet it will continue to charge your card weekly still even after the date you cancel the subscription .. i cancelled my subscription two weeks ago and yet when i checked my statement it has charges after two weeks that i cancelled it :(

Lots of incomplete series
I’ve liked few of the series but my money feels spent else where. Why do you have lots of incomplete series. Dont you release completed ones at once.. this is not right… ill give few more series and time, if im not satisfied i am requesting a refund. Or let me know when what’s your policy so i can be updated about the situation.
