Can’t search flight at all
Annoying
I can’t seem to search flights on this app. When I hit the flights button. The app closes. Very annoying.
Trips doesn’t work
I have tried several times to get the trips to work and it is just impossible to access your trips. It is also not possible to find the option for automatic check in and is quite difficult for the flight search to work properly. I was hopeful because of the good reviews, but it simply didn’t work.
Disappointing at best
Booked a big holiday via Flight Centre and had a wonderful agent. Downloaded the app to stay up to date with flights, accommodation, experiences etc. It has been a complete letdown. Hasn’t updated any travel changes & gives very little finer details (like individual booking references). Had to delete it as it was causing more angst than calm as information was incorrect. Very disappointing.

Disgusting trading
I went to use a $350 credit I had with them for flights with virgin which were quoted $300, and they advised me the flights would cost the whole credit plus $280. No point in having a credit with them at all. Disgusting trading ethics.

I have tried twice now to use this app with my iPhone 13pro. Installs ok but won’t search for flights
This app is a scam
I was trying to rebook my flight and keep calling the customer service for the 5th time for 4 days and all the customer service just keep telling the same information asking me to wait to received an email regarding flight quotation for the rebooking of the flight. I waited for days and I didn’t received an email until I didn’t able to rebook my flight already. Looks like they did on purpose. Now I have to book another flight into another airflight company and this time the airfare ticket is more expensive due to the days that pass by expecting for the flight centre to provide immediate solution to my concern but I think I just wasted time. This is my first time using flight centre and I think will be the last as this is the worst experience ever I had booking a flight. I wasted so much money and time booking in this app. Highly not recommended. Worst service. Careful using this app.

Went to book a flight, pressed confirmed to pay, then proceeded to say flight unavailable but continued to take my money and now I have to wait for 30 days until I can get my money refunded. Cheers Flight Centre..

Just popped into Bowral store & met Kat . She was wonderful ,couldn’t be more helpful . She is a credit to Flight Centre !
Extremely unresponsive
The pages are extremely unresponsive and riddled with performance issues and I’m pretty sure it’s not a problem on my side considering my OS is still smooth when I go back to the home menu. It’s very bad for user experience and turns down customers

Can’t access trips
Have the latest version but keeps saying needs latest version to view trips/sign in. Was working on my iPhone 6s, am now having this issue with an iPhone 12 lol
Cancellation fee
Charged $800 cancellation fee claimed $500 to be the airline cancellation fee and charged $300 for their own cancellation, never mind the admin and all other charges even though a doctors certificate was provided. Just rip off. Use cheap flights or directly with the airlines.
App not opening
I've deleted, reinstalled keep doing the updates but it doesn't open all the time - it's so frustrating. We are travelling in a few weeks and I want to access the booking and flights through the app!
Looks Ok but not useful for Business Travellers
I was hoping to get my travel itineraries for work but to I would need to switch between my PM’s accounts to see itineraries for each trip. Would be helpful if there was a employees account class for business travellers who’s bookings are always booked through someone else.
Unable to load more options
When searching cruises only shows first 10. Has button down bottom to load more. But never loads. Does same thing through their website. Have to book through someone else due to this malfunction.
