Great App!
Excellent Support with a Excellent App
Army Flight Logbook has been an incredible resource for my aviation career. It has made tracking my flights and managing my records so much easier, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about building the best product possible.
What really stands out is their customer support. They're incredibly responsive, open to feedback, and genuinely willing to listen to their users. Whether it's feedback shared on their social media or suggestions I've sent directly through their support team, they've always been receptive and willing to consider new ideas. I've even seen many of those suggestions make their way into the app, which is something you don't see very often.
I'm also really excited about the direction the company is taking. The recent updates have added a ton of useful features, and it's obvious they're committed to continually improving the app for aviators.
I also want to recognize them for honoring their lifetime users. Even after transitioning to a subscription-based business model and when they built the app from website only, they continue to provide lifetime users with access to the app. That says a lot about how much they value the people who supported them from the beginning.
Overall, I highly recommend Army Flight Logbook to anyone in Army aviation. It's an outstanding app backed by a team that's passionate, responsive, and truly committed to serving there users which is so hard to find I wish more apps could be like them.

Thank you for your support, and if you have anything that you would like to see in this application, let us know!
Update is unnecessarily complicated and has bugs.
The biggest strength of the previous version was its simplicity. As an Army pilot, I primarily care about a few key pieces of information: my total flight hours, whether I’m current, when my last NVS/NVG flight was, and my semiannual requirements. The new version feels overly complicated and presents a lot of information that isn’t relevant to my day-to-day use.
Adding a flight is also no longer as intuitive as it used to be. In addition, after entering a flight, I shouldn’t have to select “Edit” just to view all of the flight details.
There are also bugs that need to be addressed. For example, the app briefly displays my total career flight hours across all aircraft before reverting to only my primary aircraft hours. I shouldn’t have to manually add my airframe totals together to determine my overall flight time.
I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but I paid $20 for this app because it was simple, efficient, and tailored to what I needed. Unfortunately, this update has made the experience significantly less user-friendly, and I’m very disappointed with the direction it has taken.

Version 2.0.8 has the fix that was brought up by the reports page not using total a/c hours. (Already live on the website) Version 2.0 has always had the ability to turn reporting on and off using toggles. By default, they are all turned on. We are taking this review under advisement to make a toggle to go back to Legacy if that's what you would prefer, or to provide a way for you to request the Legacy version. It will give you what you are used to. Version 2.0 also has live support, so we can take care of any problems you might be experiencing in-app, live. From one aviator to another, we appreciate what you do. Thank you for your service, and hopefully we can get things working so you can continue supporting this application.
