Not for Maintenance Personell
Waiting for an update for maintenance to be able to edit work orders and squawks, etc.
Needs more Functions
The app is super basic and doesn’t allow even half of what the website version allows. FSP as a flight scheduling software is great but the app is severely lacking.
It works…kinda
The App works fine for scheduling and seeing upcoming flights, but in order to add funds to my account, manage my documents (medical etc) or view aircraft details/maintenance/etc I need to log into the web version. It would be nice if everything was in one place.
Pain in the rear
Kicks me out frequently and won’t remember login or password. It doesn’t give an option for biometric sign in. Huge pain in the rear.
Not very intuitive
The app is helpful for being able to schedule and organize flights and such, but when it comes to anything else, like looking into your upcoming lessons or sessions, you have to use the web browser, even when on your mobile device, which makes the app seem kinda useless. If they added a feature were you could look into your upcoming lessons the rating would be 5/5.

Add pay from app
No reason not to have a feature that allows you to pay for your flight or lesson from the app. Why force the user to go to the desktop app? Makes no sense and ends up with unpaid account balances for the school which I would imagine FSP gets a cut of. Even if they don’t, it’s massively inconvenient. The app supports checking in and out so it’s just an unfinished user story at the moment.

Lacks basic functionality
You can barely do anything with this app. The nicest way I can describe FSP is that it is an excellent example of a minimum viable product. I instruct at two schools, one uses Flight Circle, the other FSP. I need to find a computer to most things at the FSP school, where I can use my phone for everything at the Flight Circle one. Each school only has one computer. I don’t know why anyone uses FSP, it was not built with the end-user in mind.

App won’t let me accept terms and conditions so it’s pretty much useless
Policy update
The doesn’t let you login and even do you check mark the “i agree with the new policy…” the continue button just doesn’t respond.
Bare bone. Still. After all these years.
Still can’t do much with this app. Can’t drill into aircraft details, can’t set user filters, there’s not even a legend for the multiple different colors populating the schedule. This may have been adequate 15 years ago when mobile scheduling apps were a new thing, but there’s no excuse for an app this rudimentary in 2025.

Broken
App doesn't even let you get past the "I have read agree to the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy" page. Checked box, press continue, and nothing happens, can click on continue as much as you want.

Its a great app to use for flight school etc but lacked the features it has on the web, I want all the features in the app so its simple and not a scramble to find out if your plane is squeaked or down for the day. *** Please add all your features to the app and not just the web .****

App is straight trash you used to be able to do a lot with the app but with the recent update you can’t do anything… you can’t open up lessons see objectives and you can’t sign lessons with your PIN which is the biggest use. It basically makes the app useless like at this point I’d rather just have no app bring back old functionality

Terrible App. Lacks Features
You don’t have the ability to add people or upload documents or even edit aircraft. There is several bugs and errors regarding the scheduling process. Overall you can tell this was a rush job that they don’t care about
Horrible update
Functionality was not great before. The most recent update made it even worse, nearly impossible to make a reservations. Web works fine.

Use the website
This app has never been good enough to use from an instructor or administrator standpoint. We need the same capabilities to use it on the daily. There really isn’t a reason to have it downloaded. If we could get widget support at least to view details of upcoming reservation, that would be great. Then I might keep it downloaded

Great Platform
Only wish I would like to see would be the ability for owners/ operators to view reports. Even on a limited basis such as building the report online as a favorite and being able to see it on the phone. Or the dashboard.
Notifications
My flight school frequently changes flight times for the next day. NEED NOTIFICATIONS.
New update problems
New update has caused the app to not allow scheduling through the app. I have to go to log in on my browser in order to schedule anything.
