Tried to get it renewed now that I can start training (pandemic over!) but they want $25. The interface is pretty wonky and feel I learn more for using a book anyway. For the remainder of my flight ratings will skip using Sheppard.
Scored 95% on the Instrument Airplane Exam
I followed the study strategy as advised and scored 95% on my first attempt at the IRA exam. Several other pilots at my airport have had success using Sheppard Air for various tests.

Great study material crummy app
The app is very clumsy to navigate. Specially the charts when flipping back and forth from chart to question. The buttons are way too small and difficult to push, making it tedious to flip back n forth. They need to have a larger surface area.
This is a minor complaint as I'm on my 4th of 6 tests and the slight annoyance has finally gotten the better of me to write about it. Sheppard air test is still an industry standard in aviation test prep.

Buggy software
There is a bug in the software that closes the application and does not save the test when attempting to send a practice test email.
I’ve used Sheppard Air for 5 different tests and passed all of them!!!
Not only have I passed the tests but I’ve passed with scores higher than 90, always. I’m a flight instructor now - which Sheppard Air helped me to become by the way - and I tell all my students, when paying for FAA tests this is how they should budget their money: however much for the actual test plus whatever it costs for the associated Shep prep software. 100% of the time. It’s that important.

Old guy
Finally decided to work on and get my instrument ticket and the local flight school said. Hands down first step get the written out of the way and the best way to get it is study with Sheppard

Passed IRA and FII
Follow the strategy they provide and put in the time and its foolproof. I took the IRA and FII a few days apart, put in a little more study time the second time around and went from an 85% to 94% on a very similar test. Very happy with both scores overall
98% on FIA exam
This method of studying demands a lot, but the harder you work the greater the rewards. Love this product. Gave me the knowledge and confidence I wanted to ace my exam. Thank You!

Thank you developers of Sheppard air, by far the most intense training for a written I have ever received. I followed each step the guide had provided me with, studied 4-6 hours a day for 5 days and took the practice exam, scoring a 92%! I felt a little anxious about taking the test (if the questions weren’t similar to the ones I’ve been studying) but, that was not the case! Most, almost all of the questions I saw on my studies was on the test and I had 100% faith in taking the exam, I wish y’all luck on taking your upcoming exams and once again thank you Sheppard aid for such a great study guide!

Please add the figures you mention on some explanations
This app is the best for the ATP-CTP written exam, but PLEASEEEE it would be really helpful if we could actually see the figures, pictures, drawings or whatever that you mention on a lot of the answers explanations. There is a lot of explanations where you read “see figure #XX” and there is nothing to see.
Seeing a picture is sometimes way faster to learn something than just reading a full paragraph.

MUCH better than ASA!
I highly recommend this app for your ATP multi engine test prep. I also bought ASA’s book and app, but their CFI support was awful and their database erroneous. This service has 24/7 CFI support and a much better database. It is a must have for anyone wanting to score well on the ATP written.
