Baixei este aplicativo acreditando que ele era gratuito para consultas ocasionais. Fiz apenas uma consulta e praticamente não utilizei o serviço.
Infelizmente, não percebi de forma clara que havia uma assinatura recorrente vinculada ao aplicativo. Quando notei, já estavam sendo cobrados R$ 49,90 por semana por um serviço que praticamente não usei.
O que mais me incomodou foi a falta de transparência. A informação sobre a assinatura e o valor das cobranças deveria ser muito mais evidente para evitar que usuários sejam surpreendidos posteriormente.
Assim que percebi as cobranças, cancelei a assinatura e solicitei reembolso, mas não consegui recuperar os valores.
Fica o alerta para outros consumidores: verifiquem cuidadosamente todas as telas relacionadas à assinatura antes de concluir o cadastro. No meu caso, paguei várias semanas por um serviço que utilizei apenas uma vez.

I signed up for the free trial. Got billed $15.
The app doesn’t work, keeps crashing with an error about protecting their security.
