Trying to use the tracker for an upcoming flight. Attempted to put in LAX, and any “key” I hit merely clears the field. It does allow me to cancel and go back to the search screen. Went through the reviews and, with the exception of two, all were 1 star spam complaints (a 2 star also) or a 5-star asking to be cancelled(??). The 2 exceptions read like poorly written and compensated pay reviews. I’m throwing my copy into the dumpster!

The map doesn’t display a single flight. Dead app. Useless.

Don’t get this rip off app
This is a shameless “smash and grab” that will charge you $10 per week after a short free trial. Don’t get charged $30 because you didn’t notice or over $500 per year if you’re not aware! Get a nice, free version instead.
Nothing but scheduled info
In the middle of the bad weather here on the East Coast, I downloaded this track of family member’s flight. The whole time the app told me the flight had departed a few minutes late (there was a two hour departure delay in fact) and reported that it landed when it was still two hours away. Useless. Canceled the same day.

I ve been using the free version of the app for some time.
A few weeks ago I had this notification to unlock the app for $5.99 which I thought was a good idea, but the app didn’t say it was $5.99 per week automatically taken from my account.
This feels like a dishonest way of taking away money from customers.
Btw $5.99 x 52 weeks would be almost $312 for one year subscription if you decide to do so.
You be the judge. One more time, its $312 every year!!! Scammm

Crashes regularly
Not to be alarmist, and I certainly hope it is not the case for you and your flight, but this app crashes regularly!!! At least for me.

I actually thought it was going to be great. I found the flights to track my husbands work trip and it was going to give me peace of mind. I pinned all of them for easy access…but then when I’d click on them there was no updated detail. One flight landed and it still showed as taking off in three hours. I couldn’t view the MAP in real time!
The WORST part is if you’re not a big app subscription person, figuring out how to cancel is a whole thing. I emailed their support, but realized quickly that was going to be pointless…so I searched for help from Apple.
Just go to subscriptions in your settings and you will find it there. And you can opt out of the free trial, otherwise it will automatically start charging you 5.99 per week after the three days! I’m sure those that use subscription apps a lot are familiar, but I wasn’t and it looks like from the reviews here many others aren’t either!

Terrible!!!
Product is terrible. I’m at EWR and the app is showing the plane I am tracking as north of Boston and the plane is taxiing to the gate. (That’s 200++ miles off!!!)
Wrong flight status
I had a delayed flight, and I decided to add a paid app for hopes of avoiding ads tracking my inbound flight. I have my airline app and two free apps all with the same delayed info. This app was showing an on time departure and tracking a ghost flight across the US for hours.
It never did get the right info snd I deleted it.

Garbage App, just Google it
I was able to find the flight I was looking for initially. I saved that flight to my favorites, and when I went to look for its previous departure to track whether it was on time or my grandmother’s layover, it was not in real time and would not allow me to pull up the flight. Every time I clicked on it, I would get the flight I had saved.
I spent 30 minutes searching the live map, and it was nowhere to be found (not that it was a realistic option with the hundreds of flights in the air). I had to go to Google to see if it had not departed as the app would have suggested, and it told me it was on time and in life.
What’s the point of this app Especially if I’m paying, if they don’t have correct or current information? It would have been cool to be able to see the flights progress in real time, but not worth the hassle as I think most of us need this once or twice a year anyway.
I definitely appreciate that there was a free trial, so I was not locked into anything. That is the one upside I would say about this app.

This app would not update. It showed its flight in same starting position after plane had landed in destination. Useless!!
