Annual Subscription

Hi, as you know, I was one of your happy users and provided feedback and suggestions from time to time.
My annual subscription has recently renewed. I’ve tried to contact you, as I’m no longer employed by the airline and no longer have access to the flight planning system. The annual subscription has already “cost me” several months of payment for which I received no service, now it stands to cost me a further 12 months.
I ask that you refund the cost of this renewal, which I think is reasonable for a service that I’m not able to use.
I will happily change my rating, if you are able to refund the last payment. If you are unable to do this I think the rating will serve as a warning to others.
