My mark drone won’t even connect to the app on my phone

My battery only lasts 5 minutes. I have contacted the High Great the Manufacture but have not received any help in months.

Works okay but missing some features!
I’m using this with the Mark drone. It works fine for flying around indoors but none of the advanced features are working. If I click on the advanced options it takes me to a blank screen. I am running IOS 12 on an Apple X phone.
